En el foro \u201cDerechos humanos en tiempos del cambio\u201d se presentaron Informes sobre Derechos Econ\u00f3micos, Sociales, Culturales y Econ\u00f3micos -DESCA- y de DDHH a nivel regional y nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n
Dichos informes fueron elaborados por m\u00e1s de 150 organizaciones que aportaron datos y recomendaciones para hacer una mapa m\u00e1s confiable de lo sucedido en las regiones entre 2018 y 2025 en Colombia. Uno de car\u00e1cter nacional, otro llamado independiente y uno regional, centrado en el suroccidente de Colombia. Karen Castro, de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Regional del Pac\u00edfico Colombiano y vocera de la Plataforma Nacional de Derechos Humanos, Democracia y Desarrollo, dice que pese a los avances que se han dado en acciones que buscan proteger algunos Derechos, persisten graves fallas del Estado que impiden que esos avances sean mayores y m\u00e1s contundentes.<\/p>\n
